Use Northwest Airlines

Transporting Antlers:
No Antlers On UNITED: United Airlines is not allowing antlers
to be shipped on their aircraft as accompanied baggage. No notice
or reason was given to APOS and we are trying to determine the
reasoning behind this policy.
We understand that Air Canada will allow antlers as accompanied
baggage only on flights within Canada. If the flight is an Air
Canada/United flight, then antlers must be shipped separately
and they will not allow antlers as accompanied baggage.
Northwest/Delta will allow antlers out of Edmonton only on their
morning flights to Minneapolis, not the later flights as those
are smaller aircraft.
U.S. Airways and Horizon Air are OK with antlers.
