Auction for Lynn & Evan

North Star Outfitting held an online hunt auction for black bear to donate to the Lynn & Her Son Evan.

My friend Lynn is a self employed, single mother and diagnosed with an aggressive type of breast cancer. She requires surgery, chemotherapy, radiation and other infusions for a year to fight the cancer. Unfortunately when Lynn was diagnosed she did not have insurance and the costs for these treatments are overwhelming.  Evan has autism and requires Lynn and many others to provide services to help him with his many developmental delays. Lynn has been unable to work full time due to the treatments so it has been hard to make ends meet financially and take care of her son’s needs.

To give a little something to help, I was able to donate $2,950 to Lynn & Evan. We are grateful to our winner, Jeff, and everyone who participated in our auction. We look forward to the next one!
